Not only did he communicate with me through the whole process, but he also was timely in his service!

I needed a reliable desktop for personal and some business use.  

Reconditioned machines can perform almost as well as anything new.  

Jared had a Dell Optiplex 7010 loaded with Windows 11 pro, Office, and Adobe Photoshop for a very reasonable price.  

So far I have had no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any additional work or if I need a newer laptop.

They repaired my PC quickly and offered advice to improve computer performance. 

The service was much more personalized than that of the big box stores' tech services.

Jared fixed my screen and updated the driver's along with installing Windows 11.

When he had the repairs completed he was accommodating with my schedule for me to pick up my repaired computer.

I originally saw an ad on FB about JB's computer he was selling. 

I responded to the ad because I was sick of my slow machine which he responded, I could probably fix and speed up your current machine? He was absolutely correct!!!

My computer runs better than it did new out of the box!!!!
So far I have two programs that actually run on this machine that never would run before.

Startup time is so much quicker than it has ever been, programs run without lagging, the cooling fan runs nothing like it did before, the battery stays charged on my laptop way longer!

The crazy part is I let him remotely login to my computer but it would freeze and not allow him to do his work. He ends up walking me through step by step and I did the work while he could still see my screen but he could not remotely control my machine. 

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing because I am not tech savvy. This dude made it super simple!

Contacted Jared about a problem with my laptop not connecting to to the internet. (Airplane mode/ toggle switch / was locked On and could not be switched to Off)

Jared installed a 3 camera security system for us. He helped us choose our system, did an efficient install.
